Dehydration is sneaky. It doesn’t always show up as “thirst.” Sometimes it shows up as headache, nausea, cramps, dizziness, anxiety-y feelings, and a heartbeat that feels too loud. 💧✨

Festival dehydration is usually a combo of heat + dancing + alcohol/caffeine + not eating enough + “I’ll drink water later” lies.

Dehydration: what to do RIGHT NOW
Get to shade. Sit down. Cool your body first.
Sip electrolytes, not just water. Small sips every 2–3 minutes.
Salt + simple carbs. Pretzels, crackers, banana, broth. (This helps you hold the fluids.)
Cool the outside: fan, cold cloth on neck/armpits, loosen clothing.
Fast self-check
Dark p*e or you haven’t p*ed in hours
Dry mouth, dizzy when standing
Muscle cramps
Headache + nausea
Racing heart

RED FLAGS — get medical help ASAP
confusion, fainting, severe weakness
vomiting and can’t keep fluids down
hot, flushed skin and not sweating
severe headache, chest pain, shortness of breath
you feel like you’re getting worse even while hydrating

If you want a clinician to help you triage in real time (and decide what’s safe/appropriate):
DM “CARE” or go to https://zurl.co/SzZux to start a $45 doctor visit.

Prescriptions aren’t guaranteed. Medication costs separate.

Hydration is the headline, babe. Protect your brain. Protect your heart. Protect the magic. 💫

Heartburn at a festival is the ultimate vibe thief. One minute you’re dancing, the next your chest is like: flames. 🔥✨

It’s usually a mix of: late-night food, alcohol, caffeine, dehydration, spicy/greasy snacks, lying down too soon, or tight outfits squeezing your belly like it owes them money.

Festival Heartburn: do this first
Sit up + loosen anything tight. Posture is medicine right now.
Sip water. Small sips. (Not a whole chug.)
Skip the triggers for a beat: alcohol, citrus, spicy, greasy, energy drinks.
Tiny snack > empty stomach. A little bread/crackers can help buffer acid.
Don’t lie down after eating. Give it 2–3 hours if you can.
OTC support
Quick relief options can help in the moment.
Longer-acting options can help if it’s happening repeatedly over the weekend.

(A clinician can guide what’s best for your symptoms + meds.)
Red flags — don’t guess with these
chest pressure/tightness that spreads to arm/jaw
shortness of breath, sweating, dizziness
vomiting blood or black/tarry stools
trouble swallowing, severe pain with swallowing
symptoms that feel new, intense, or “not like your usual”

If you want a doctor to help you sort “heartburn vs something else” and get a real plan:
DM “CARE” or go to https://zurl.co/sQtwf to start a $45 doctor visit.

Prescriptions aren’t guaranteed. Medication costs separate.

We’re not letting reflux steal your weekend, babe. 💫

Constipation at a festival is so rude 😭 but it’s also so common. Travel + dehydration + weird food + changing sleep + “holding it” in porta-potty fear… your gut is like: absolutely not.
Let’s get you moving gently, not violently. ✨

Festival Constipation: do this first
Hydrate like it’s a ritual. Water + electrolytes. (Dry body = dry stool. I said what I said.)
Warm sip + walk. Hot coffee/tea + a slow lap around camp can wake the gut up.
Food that nudges, not punishes: fruit, oats, beans if you tolerate, prunes/prune juice, kiwi.
Squat posture hack: feet on something (even a stable bag) to change the angle. It helps.
Don’t ignore the urge. If your body knocks, answer.
When you need extra help

A gentle stool softener or osmotic option can help without cramping you into the shadow realm.
Skip harsh stimulant options if you’re already dehydrated—you’ll feel worse.
Red flags = get checked
severe belly pain, vomiting, fever
no gas/stool at all + increasing bloating
blood in stool
constipation lasting several days with worsening symptoms

Want a doctor-led plan (especially if this keeps happening or you’re on meds that cause constipation)?

DM “CARE” or go to https://zurl.co/oN2MT to start a $45 doctor visit.

Prescriptions aren’t guaranteed. Medication costs separate.

If diarrhea hits during the festival, I need you to hear me: your body is not betraying you. It’s protecting you. We just have to support it without letting dehydration steal your night. ✨🚽

Festival Diarrhea: do this first
Hydrate like it’s your job. Small sips often. Electrolytes > plain water if you’re going a lot.
Eat simple + salty. Crackers, pretzels, rice, bananas, toast, broth.
Skip the chaos foods for now: alcohol, greasy food, dairy, super spicy, energy drinks.
Rest your gut. Cool down, sit, breathe. Stress makes it worse.

OTC help (if you need to function):
If it’s watery and you’re not feverish, an anti-diarrheal can help short-term.
If you’re having cramps + gas, gentle anti-gas support can help too.
(If you’re unsure, a clinician can guide you.)

RED FLAGS — don’t play with these:
blood in stool
fever
severe belly pain or belly that’s getting more tender
signs of dehydration (dizziness, racing heart, not p*eing much, dry mouth)
diarrhea > 24 hours and you can’t keep fluids in
you feel faint, confused, or “not right”

Want a doctor-led plan while you’re still at the festival (and help deciding what’s safe to take)?

DM “CARE” or go to https://zurl.co/sUQEJ to start a $45 doctor visit.

Prescriptions aren’t guaranteed. Medication costs separate.
Protect your energy, babe. Hydration is the headline.

If nausea, hangover, or vomiting hits DURING the festival… we’re going into protect + recover mode. Not shame. Not “push through.” Your body is waving a flag. 🚩✨

Festival Nausea / Hangover / Vomiting: what to do right now
Sip, don’t chug. Tiny sips every few minutes. Water + electrolytes is the move.
Cool down. Shade, fan, sit. Heat makes nausea louder.
Salt + simple carbs. Crackers, pretzels, banana, broth. Gentle fuel.
Smell reset. Peppermint gum, alcohol wipe sniff, fresh air—small hacks, big relief.
Don’t mix chaos. Alcohol + stimulants + dehydration = your stomach tapping out.

Red flags = get medical help ASAP (don’t debate it):
can’t keep fluids down for 6–8 hours
confusion, fainting, severe weakness
bloody vomit, severe belly pain, stiff neck
signs of heat illness (hot skin, no sweating, severe headache)
vomiting after a head injury

And if you want a doctor in your corner while you’re still on-site:

DM “CARE” or go to https://zurl.co/lA1mE to start a $45 doctor visit. We’ll talk symptoms, triage risk, and if appropriate, send treatment to a pharmacy nearby.

Prescriptions aren’t guaranteed. Medication costs separate.

You don’t have to earn care by suffering, babe. You can choose relief.

To the people building the magic…
*security, stage hands, bartenders, vendors, medics, cleaners, wristband warriors*—we see you. 🫶
Ultra doesn’t happen without your bodies doing the most.

So here’s your reminder:
You deserve care that works as hard as you do.
Hydrate. Eat. Take the break. Ask for help early.
You’re not “being dramatic.” You’re being alive.

Happy Ultra, crew.
Rori’s rooting for you. ✨

Beyond Wonderland, babes… 🐇✨🌈

Tonight we’re tumbling down the rabbit hole with glitter on our cheeks, bass in our ribs, and a little “drink me” courage in our hearts. If you spot me out here in my *Alice-in-Wonderland soul era*—just know I’m here for two things:
pure wonder making sure you make it home safely
Because in this realm, the only thing we’re losing is track of time—not our friends, our water bottle, or our sense. 🫶🏼

🌸 Wonderland rules (Rori edition):
🫧 Sip water like it’s a magic potion
🧂 Eat something salty (yes, even a tiny snack counts)
🫱🏽🫲🏼 Buddy system is law—no solo rabbit holes
🧠 If anything feels off, tap a medic / staff / come find us early
🛌 Rest is not “missing out,” it’s how you stay in the story

And if your tummy starts doing that spinning teacups thing, your sleep gets weird, or your body is like “bestie… what are we doing?” — that’s not a vibe you have to ride out alone. 🌙🩺

Let’s keep it PLUR + protected.
Be kind. Be curious. Be safe.
Happy Beyond, my little Alice hearts. 🃏🫖💫
