In the world of aesthetics, precision is everything, but how we relate to each other is what truly sets a practice apart.�
We recently hosted Allergan for an Insights Discovery training, diving into everyone’s unique profile to see how we’ve evolved and how we can communicate more effectively as a team.�
In the Insights world, I lead as a Red and Blue. 🔴🔵 �
To me, this means a "Precision and Results" mindset is non-negotiable. My Blue energy drives my obsession with clinical excellence and perfect protocols, while my Red energy keeps me focused on being direct, effective, and always pushing for the best possible outcomes.�
I’ve always believed that self-improvement is a requirement, not an option. By understanding these "color energies," we’re learning how to meet every patient exactly where they are with more intentionality.�
