Current members and alumni of Gamma Alpha Omega Sorority joined forces for a volunteer day at SAAF, creating harm reduction kits that directly support people accessing our Prevention Services and Syringe Access Program.

These kits are a vital part of reducing harm, promoting health, and showing compassion in action. Thank you, Gamma Alpha Omega, for continuing to make an impact — together! 💜

It’s time to speak up. Congress is making funding decisions that directly impact HIV/AIDS care in our community. By writing a Letter to the Editor, you can call on leaders to vote YES for housing, medical care, prevention and treatment programs that keep Southern Arizona strong.

The way you close your letter matters. It’s your chance to leave a lasting impression and call your readers (and leaders) to act. Here’s how to wrap it up powerfully:
✅Connect the dots. Remind readers that HIV/AIDS programs don’t exist in silos. Cutting one program weakens others.
✅ Make it human. Budget cuts aren’t just numbers. They mean more cases, more deaths and more families affected right here in Southern Arizona.
✅ End with urgency. Be clear: Congress must prioritize human health and fully fund these programs before the final budget is passed.
