Winter Wellness Workshop - January 22nd

Would you like to learn more about how to deal with lingering coughs? Prevent childhood asthma? Prepare for spring to reduce/eliminate seasonal allergies?

My talks are not lectures but instead discussions where we hash it all out. I want everyone to feel confident with the material. I also provide a copy of slides and multiple handouts, resources for all of those who attend. This time we will also be doing some surprise sampling of remedies you can make at home during allergy season.

Herbal ear drops for an ear infection?
For sure, it can be helpful but you must be sure that the tympanic membrane has not ruptured. I find that when started early, they greatly reduce the need for antibiotics.
Garlic and mullein drops are the most common herbal remedy combo for ear infections but other herbs can be used too. AND, although I love this one that you can buy at most health food stores, it is also very easy to make an ear oil at home when in a pinch.
