I am happy to report I just returned from an amazing massage workshop with James Waslaski in Columbia, SC. He is a master orthopedic massage therapist and teacher who's helped tens of thousands over the last 33 years!

It's hard to believe I'm going on 14 years as a massage therapist and still grateful to do meaningful work I love, with people I love. Thank you so much for building relationships with me and trusting me with your bodies. The results we achieve together in the treatment room and all of the growth I get to witness on your wellness journeys continually fuels my passion and dedication to this work.

A little over two years into establishing my practice here in NC, I am adjusting my rates by $10 per session beginning Dec 1. Thank you for supporting me staying in business in this hands-on, specialized profession and keeping up with rising costs of living.

Dec 1 rates:
60 minutes - $100
90 minutes - $130
120 minutes - $170

Cash and Referral Discounts Continue
- Cash discount will remain in effect, but will be reduced to $5 discount per session to spare us all the credit card processing fees.
- $15 off Referral Discount - Good for $15 off one session you and one for for your friend or family member for each new client referral - just make sure to let me know and have them write your name on their intake form

A Note on Tipping
Tips are appreciate but not required. While a tip of 15-25% is customary in my profession for excellent service, I would rather you be able to come more frequently to receive care if the tip is a deciding factor.

Many of you have heard of my son's adventures in homeschooling as he fields rigorous Classical Conversations work, Central STEM enrichment classes, 8 Points Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu, Bible study, and Trail Life adventures here in his 7th grade year as a 12 year old little man!

Trail Life took the boys this month to Western NC where they shoveled dirt out of storage units and Ameyalli was moved to find everyday items being thrown out in piles upon piles, and to understand the soreness that only comes from shoveling.

It's the fascia and muscles giving form to the skeleton, form follows function, not vice versa! Tom Myers is the foremost expert on fascial systems and his Anatomy Trains work has helped me help clients regain elasticity in their tissues so we can respond to our environments more like babies and less like old souls. :)
