We’re so excited to shine a light on one of our incredible Kids of Steele Board Members, Yvette Salas 💙

Yvette joined Kids of Steele as a Family Member in 2022, stepped into a Board Member role in 2023, and now serves as our dedicated Service Chair, making a meaningful impact every step of the way.

Her journey with KOS started after hearing about it from Lacey, but it was the Summer Social at UA/Banner Hospital (with Frost making it extra delicious) that truly sparked her connection.

💭 What inspires Yvette to give back?
Her motivation comes from a deeply personal place. Navigating her youngest daughter’s medical journey opened her eyes to the challenges families face and ignited a passion to be there for others who need support, compassion, and community.
