A huge thank you to The Watermark at Oro Valley for welcoming our Casa de la Luz team! We loved spending the day pampering residents with nail painting, good conversation, and sharing the importance of hospice and palliative care.

Our mission is to remind seniors and their families that compassionate care and support can be provided right where they live helping residents age in place while receiving the comfort and care they deserve.🧡

🇺🇸 Casa de la Luz is collecting non perishable, single serving snack items to support the family members of veterans staying on the hospital unit at the Southern Arizona VA.

Today Leann our Director of Business Development had the privilege of spending time at Ranch Estates Assisted Living, connecting with residents and sharing the importance of hospice and palliative care. Hospice is an underutilized benefit, fully covered by Medicare yet many people still think of it as something to fear. In reality, hospice is about comfort, dignity, and celebrating life.

At Casa de la Luz Hospice, we’ve been honored to provide compassionate, high quality care to our community for over 26 years. This work is Leann’s passion, and we are proud to support her helping our seniors get the care they deserve. 🧡

Our Account Executives, Azaela and Stephanie, have been out in the community connecting with our senior living partners. At La Sonora at Dove Mountain, they hosted a refreshing hydration station, and at Park Avenue Rehab, they brought a fun and nutritious trail mix bar both while educating residents and staff on the importance of staying hydrated and sharing valuable information about our hospice and palliative care services. We’re proud to continue supporting our community with care and compassion.

Thank you to our wonderful community partners at Fairwinds Desert Point for welcoming Stephanie and allowing her to host a hydration infusion station while sharing the importance of staying hydrated especially in this Tucson heat. She also had the opportunity to educate your staff and residents about our hospice and palliative care services.
