Hi everyone! This is me, Sarah! I own Rooted and am a practicing massage therapist, though for the past couple of years, I slowed my practice down. In 2026, I am opening my schedule up for a few new clients and thought I'd let you know a bit about myself and my work.
I'm not a light tough, but am not interested in super deep tissue. I work specifically and with deep curiosity. I enjoy a puzzle (literally and metaphorically) and typically spend a session geeking out on the discovery of what the underlying issues may be. I like to bring my client on that journey, too.
I'm a good fit for someone who appreciates specificity, and being engaged in their own wellness journey. My schedule is tight, so I'm extremely disciplined with booking, so, the best and only way to work with me is to plan for your care, which means scheduling sessions in advance. My schedule could easily accommodate 60 minute sessions, which is my preference. I'm very efficient with my time, and get a lot done in 60 minutes. :)
Some people call me an intuitive therapeutic practitioner or a "therapists therapist" and while that tracks, I more just love what I do and enjoy helping people.
