Today’s memory care training was a powerful reminder of the compassion and patience needed in dementia care. 💙 Through an immersive exercise, we stepped into the shoes of someone living with dementia—experiencing the confusion, frustration, and vulnerability they may feel each day.

This training not only deepened our empathy but also strengthened our commitment to providing care that is respectful, supportive, and filled with dignity. Every person deserves to be seen, heard, and understood. 🌿💛
