After a workout, I showered at the gym and grabbed what I thought was lotion from a shelf. It was hard to rub in, but I went with it—only to spend the rest of the day uncomfortably sticky. Back at the gym two days later, I checked the bottle and discovered… I had moisturized with body wash, not lotion!
Let’s blame poor labeling for this one.
