Massage and bodywork has been essential to my healing journey. There is so much to learn and know! I enjoy the discovery process. Every one hour or 90 minute session is unique. I draw on my experience in a career of practicing a range of body therapies including Chiropractic care, Acupuncture, and Massage. My whole person treatments always include attention to the deeper levels of contraction that show up as symptoms on the surface- such as headaches and back pain. I trust in the miraculous power that allows our continuing prescence. Time to line up with nature and stand tall here and now.
