Trina N Davis, LMT

Trina N Davis, LMT Massage therapy is an ancient healing practice that has many physical, mental and emotional therapeutic benefits. They want to be touched and heard.

Your comfort and positive outcome are my top priorities. I invite you to try my signature massage therapy services where every session is customized to meet your specific needs. There are no memberships or contracts to feel pressured into. As a client, you can rest assured that you will not be rushed on and off the table as I space out appointments appropriately to allow time to consult with you b

efore each session, complete your full session and even allow some time in the end for you to relax before getting up. I offer a variety of massage lengths ranging from 60 minutes to 120 minutes. My goal is not to see how many clients I can squeeze onto the schedule each day but to simply help all of my clients achieve the results desired through the healing work of massage therapy

A Massage Therapist for the past 20 years. I received my training at Touch Therapy Institute in Southern California as well as Cortiva Institute in Tucson AZ. In addition to learning various styles of massage therapy, I also studied anatomy, kinesiology and how to assess and customize sessions according to an individual’s specific needs and requests. I continue to expand my knowledge and techniques by attending conferences and workshops. I am Board Certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and an active member of American Massage Therapy Association. When treating physical pain whether it's caused by stress, emotional tension, a sports injury or surgery, I have developed a style that is as unique as each client I work on by carefully and artistically combining various forms of massage therapy including:Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial as well as many other styles and techniques. I am dedicated to massage therapy because it allows me to unconditionally give to people in need and it also gives me great joy knowing I help people not only achieve relaxation but also increase their overall well being. After many years of working on and listening to clients share with me what they really need, I have discovered how unique and personal massage is for each client. I am always trying new techniques and exploring new ways to help my clients. Connecting on a deeper level, I share my knowledge of how the whole body is connected. My approach takes into consideration that each client wants to feel like they are the only one getting this unique massage, not a cookie cutter massage. They want to feel special, appreciated and cared for. They want a connection that is unconditional, safe and secure. They want to relax and feel safe to accept the massage in their unique way. They want to be relieved of stress, tension, pain, loneliness; leaving feeling lighter, more flexible. They want to believe they have found a place that listens to them

To my clients,

I hope this finds you and your family in good health. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: my commitment to your safety and health.By its very nature, massage and bodywork requires skin-to-skin contact and you should be familiar with the fact that infection control has always been a top priority for my practice. As we navigate life with additional requirements and modify existing measures due to the coronavirus, please help me to support all of my clients by cooperating with some new requirements. My practice follows Practice Guidelines recommended by the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (FSMTB), along with infection control recommendations made by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). You may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. I made these changes to help protect my clients and myself. For example:• I will communicate with you beforehand to obtain updates to your health information and ask you specifically about your potential exposure to COVID-19. • When you arrive at the office, I’ll ask that you text or call me so I can greet you at the door, this ensures that we don’t have too many people in the reception area at one time. • A no touch thermal temperature screening is available to confirm that you don’t have a fever if preferred. • I’ll ask you if you have developed any symptoms of illness since we spoke on the phone. If you feel ill on the day of your session, there is no penalty for canceling your appointment. Massage is not advised if you have any symptoms of illness. • Please bring a face mask to use while you are in the building, and during your massage.• I will ask you to sign an informed consent form that states, “I understand that close contact with people increases the risk of infection from COVID-19. By signing this form, I acknowledge that I am aware of the risks involved and give consent to receive massage from this practitioner.” • There is a hand-hygiene station that I will ask you to use when you enter the office. You will also find hand sanitizer in the reception area and other places in the office for you to use as needed.I look forward to seeing you again and am happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps I take to keep you, and every client, safe in my practice. To make an appointment, please call my office at (951) 941-7653 My practice is tentatively scheduled to reopen June 1st .Thank you for being my client. I value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming you back to a safe, therapeutic touch.
