We are deeply embedded in TRAUMA as a society. Most of us operate from this system of cognitive dissonance and survival to get through each day.... AND we have to have the strength to move from those stories too.
To Build and Create New Foundations by beginning to be with the breath.
Just the breath.
Begin to sit into the discomfort of it all. There is not a solution at this time. Just breathe. Begin to self regulate. Keep breathing.
Notice new thoughts and clarity arising.
Hold the breath in. Picture all the conflict and suffering and the desire to quickly piece it all back together. That's a survival mechanism too. Release that. This can't be fixed easily. This will take time to sit with. Really sit with it. Be in the out breath as long as you can. Feel into the panic and anxiety that comes. Give yourself grace. Breath in with intention and love. What are you breathing in now?
Gratitude for the breath. Perhaps more clarity. Better understanding. A bit more self regulation.
Growing ourselves into the Earth takes time. No more quick solutions that aren't sustainable. This will require deep changes in our lives. We must let go of so much.... and remember who we are.
We are part of Nature. This requires patience and direction.
Loving each of you. Holding each of you.
In all of the vastness of our humanity. ππΌπ
