Thank you to all who came out to the opening!!Β
So... What does it mean to be in this new chapter?
It means standing in a place that I dreamed about growing for many years. It means that in order to do so I had to let go of so many old patterns and narratives. Even up to moving in I was still letting go. It means that being in my authenticity and living as more of an example of these beautiful ancient teachings of Ayurveda, that I have aligned more with my purpose and I can serve more deeply rooted to all of you.
The word Dharma came to me after I had done a short workshop on the subject last year. And it gave more life and meaning to that word for me. To truly stand in integrity. Ayurveda talks about "crimes to wisdom" that we commit daily, right? So when we accept our humanness and little by little eradicate our shame, we step into embodying a deeper authentic existence in ourselves and for our community. We have more capacity to be that light and strength to create more collectively together into this new world .Β
This deeper track means I get to teach not just on ayurveda but on things that have deeply mattered to me for a very long long time.Β
There will be a class coming together here in the next month or so on a woman's cycle and truly understanding all of the nuanced and beautiful things it is to inherit this birthright.

And last but not least, I am still in the process of gathering the materials and the structure for the class that will start in the fall on deconstructing patriarchy! on that note, I'd love to take a moment to honor the lands that we live on and are standing on currently Hohokam tohono o'odam & yaqui. To the lineage that I studied under Sivanada, maya tiwari, and Dr. Lad. And to the roots of my Celtic and Jewish ancestors πΉ I offer a prayer up in gratitude and deep love for this journey
