This month’s employee spotlight is dedicated to someone who brought warmth, heart, and compassion to our HR department, and whose presence was a constant, comforting staple in the life of our company. Juju Ti Ling, the cutest and best BooBear, crossed the rainbow bridge this past April at 16 years old after nearly 12 years of dedicated service to the ABA community. 🌈
Juju’s “career” was nothing short of remarkable! She attended and monitored (in her own special way) five different clinics, participated in hundreds of employee orientations and trainings, and served as one of our greatest ambassadors at company events. She had a way of making every new hire feel instantly at home, greeting them with her gentle nature, warm eyes, and signature “snarf” that never failed to bring a smile. 🙂
She accompanied countless ABA sessions, always watching with curiosity (and occasionally with hope for a dropped reinforcer snack 🍪). Juju had a special gift for being calm and kind with our clients, embodying the empathy and friendliness that Northwest ABA is known for. She didn’t mind an ear tug, eye poke, or tail pull from one of our kiddos. Her only requests were head noogies and to always be right in the middle of the action. She was the definition of .
In every way, she was the goodest girl. Gentle, kind, funny, and unfailingly loyal. Now, in her well-earned retirement beyond the rainbow bridge, she enjoys an endless chicken fund🍗and an eternity of sunny naps.🔆
Thank you, Juju, for always being there for me—through long days and late nights, never once complaining. You quietly offered your unwavering support, and I will carry your memory with me always. You were, without a doubt, the best HR “direct report” I could have ever asked for—though we all knew who was really reporting to whom. 🐾💼
Juju Ti Ling will be missed, but her paw prints she made on our company will never fade. 🐾💕
