Beautiful Souls. With this new awareness, you may be noticing your own self limitation… how your beliefs, actions, even expectations of others have influenced how you move in the world… what you see as possible. Be gentle with yourself AND begin to practice DOING the things that feel good and are good for you…. self-discipline… I don’t like that word, but we are needing to do what feels tough initially, to get over the lip/“diverter”/speed bump of belief.
I’m noticing this in my own life, JUST DO IT, is exactly the slogan my TEAM keeps chanting… and i’m noticing now, how others either embrace this just DO it… or not.
I’m noticing a pattern.
Get out there and live life. DO the things FOR your well-being. Notice if you think you “deserve” this or that… when they are ANTI WELL BEING… anti-heath. Notice how we’ve been so confused, lied to and even taught to believe that certain things are GOOD for us, acceptable, and others aren’t. PAY ATTENTION. Pay attention to the programming that runs SO deep. We’ve been subjected to brilliantly crafted MARKETING for decades in order to SELL you something…
AND YES! They LIED to us to sell us this idea or thing. And they feel completely justified in doing so.
It is our job to DISCERN.
Follow the science is hilarious… one of the first things you learn in Psychology 101 is that data, studies, statistics can be manipulated… to pay very close attention.
Notice what people are SELLING.
Fast, convenient and easy are probably not as good for your well-being as planning ahead, prepping in advance and spending time doing whet improves your health… and less of what stagnates you and brings you down… OPT IN, TUNE IN to your life… in a more vibrant way… seriously, shake yourself awake.
So many people have been lulled back to sleep.
Learning, growth and expansion are possible… check your life- your actions, where you spend your time to check your alignment with what you truly value.
