Beautiful Souls. If things feel dense right now, uncertain, like we are headed in a direction that is against growth for humanity… i am being asked to remind you to hold faith in your heart. Technology has been a topic of discussion everywhere… AI. I am being asked to remind you of divine intelligence. This one world order is just ONE agenda. There are many of us here as energy anchors to keep that agenda from coming to fruition. We have been doing energy anchoring quietly in the background, repairing the grids, purifying our fields so we can receive more light… truth… and less distortion in our messages.

We can only perceive through our current level of consciousness.

This matters because so many cannot perceive a way of less density here. Your perception creates your reality.

With regards to technology, many are focused in nefarious billionaires trying to perpetuate their agenda… seeing no other way… that we are falling for their charisma, their illusion.

Let me assure you, we are most certainly NOT. Those of us that can perceive integrity and pureness of heart are NOT fooled.

Last night, I was shown that the technology here now is rudimentary. Frequencies are being used against us, but they are also being used for us. I saw a blast of high frequencies will be incoming…this will shift everyone consciousnesses in an instant. Those of you who say, we had to leave people behind… NO WE DON’T that was never the plan. What people do once this shift occurs WILl be a free will choice. If you are wondering how some of us are not flattened by current world politics… we just see things differently… we see many possibilities or timelines that you may not perceive yet. This is why many of us have been in an intense period of isolation and purification. We are deeply sensitive. We had to perceive more or risk being frozen in fear…. as many are. Trust in divine intelligence. As we begin to see more, expect more…. we make room
for this shift to occur. I have faith in humanity. I was brought in to assist in a massive shift in consciousness unlike anything we’ve experienced here on earth before. Opening up the remembering of who you really are… Yes I am here as Sally on Earth right now, a mom, a woman, a teacher…. but I am SO much more than that. We all are. The way out of this density, distortion is to open up to perceiving MORE. This FLASH of frequencies will come in much the same way many of us have been experiencing frequency manipulation for years. Consider learning about how frequencies can shift at the DNA level… everything is ENERGY… even you. What if the channel of frequencies being fed to us was suddenly changed to help us remember our infinite nature instead of keeping us in amnesia and using our energy to fuel certain agendas… focused and intensified through media broadcasts. I understand that many of you can’t perceive this instant shift as an option, one day you will just perceive everything differently… your consciousness will have expanded instantly. This is how humanity can expand beyond the dystopian timeline so many are creating for us now. Replace your dread with faith in an instant shift in consciousness , allowing for greater perception, greater empowerment… a complete shift in what is possible. A complete shift in our knowing of what is relevant… much technology here will become obsolete. The way closer to bringing this in IS to begin trusting yourself more. Trusting humanity more. Opening more. Being more vulnerable. Being more authentic…. at the level you can currently perceive. Just know that everything is changing, shifting. Be open to RE-VISION. Less attachment. Beautiful Souls. With this new awareness, you may be noticing your own self limitation… how your beliefs, actions, even expectations of others have influenced how you move in the world… what you see as possible. Be gentle with yourself AND begin to practice DOING the things that feel good and are good for you…. self-discipline… I don’t like that word, but we are needing to do what feels tough initially, to get over the lip/“diverter”/speed bump of belief.

I’m noticing this in my own life, JUST DO IT, is exactly the slogan my TEAM keeps chanting… and i’m noticing now, how others either embrace this just DO it… or not.

I’m noticing a pattern.

Get out there and live life. DO the things FOR your well-being. Notice if you think you “deserve” this or that… when they are ANTI WELL BEING… anti-heath. Notice how we’ve been so confused, lied to and even taught to believe that certain things are GOOD for us, acceptable, and others aren’t. PAY ATTENTION. Pay attention to the programming that runs SO deep. We’ve been subjected to brilliantly crafted MARKETING for decades in order to SELL you something…

AND YES! They LIED to us to sell us this idea or thing. And they feel completely justified in doing so.

It is our job to DISCERN.

Follow the science is hilarious… one of the first things you learn in Psychology 101 is that data, studies, statistics can be manipulated… to pay very close attention.

Notice what people are SELLING.

Fast, convenient and easy are probably not as good for your well-being as planning ahead, prepping in advance and spending time doing whet improves your health… and less of what stagnates you and brings you down… OPT IN, TUNE IN to your life… in a more vibrant way… seriously, shake yourself awake.

So many people have been lulled back to sleep.

Learning, growth and expansion are possible… check your life- your actions, where you spend your time to check your alignment with what you truly value.

Full Moon.

Beautiful Souls. I had a couple nights of crazy dreams… dream walkers… absolute nutso. Energetic hygiene is important. Having a cat sleep in my energy field is the best protection i’ve found. Our dreamtime is an easy way to influence, slide in and manipulate. Dream walkers are of various levels of interference… remote viewers too, I mean hey, get the F outta my bedroom. Even if your physical space is gridded, now you’ve gotta check the astral… many are wide open, not aware of the dangers that are out there. And seriously… they are only dangers if you IGNORE and allow infiltration of these entities.

I am sovereign. I am sovereign. I am sovereign.

I am divinely guided.
I am divinely protected.

Many spiritual warriors may feel under attack now. Before you dismiss as crazy talk, check for truth. MANY of us are indeed under attack…. trying to distract, hypnotize, put us back to sleep, trying to reprogram instead of DEprogram… offering more dogma in a different package.

Stay aware.

There are many spiritual people who are off kilter at the moment. I mean hey, energies are really intense. But i’m talking about those who feel the same as active drug users. Maybe you don’t know what i’m talking about, then keep scrolling… but maybe you DO.

INFILTRATION. Entities. My TEAM said be ready to see zombies in the people who were not previously infiltrated.

There are a lot of different ways to get closer to mastery, awakening…. all valid, all options. This journey is individual. And well, scammers will always be scamming… especially in desperate times such as these.

Do not assume that people who have proclaimed themselves as spiritual coaches, teachers, high priestesses (don’t even get me started!) have done their spiritual work.

There are so many ways to begin to open up to see the veil and beyond. Using plant medicine to alter your consciousness does not make you qualified to be a plant medicine practitioner. It may open up your gifting, but really many are just continuing to numb out instead of get deep within and transmute their pain into something else… they are not alchemists… they are sitting in the pain and hoping your money will get them out of their predicament. I see so many are desperate for money, they are charging A LOT for sessions that some are using AI to prepare for the sessions. I mean that is a thing, know what you are buying. Clarify beforehand.

In a time of such intensity, solar wind as a result of massive coronal holes, earthquakes, floods and natural disasters…. please choose someone adept at BALANCING their own energy, or be ready to decipher THEiR projection.

Also, I keep being nudged to go take a walk… but I am SO tired. We are needing to literally shake off the density that we are being surrounded with. MOVE your body. Eat healthy food. Eat intuitively. Limit or avoid alcohol at the moment. Focus on hydration, instead. Minerals. For me, sugary drinks are a NO GO at the moment. I am not eating sugar at all. Eating whole food. Processed garage makes me feel like… trash. Pay attention to how your food is influencing your mental and emotional states.

I’ll drag myself out on a walk now. What do you want to bet, i’ll feel much better afterward. I’m sending you all so much love.
