We have been working together for a few years and decided to join forces to give the community an even stronger group of breastfeeding advocates. Dr. Ciara Lopez a chiropractor that specializes in pregnancy and postpartum adjustments and the only Webster Technique Certified Chiropractor in our area.
Patty Villarreal Maldonado an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and Certified Childbirth Educator.

During our classes you will learn about the birth process, how to manage your pain during labor, common practice interventions, and a breastfeeding session.

If you plan on having an unmedicated birth, this is the right class for you.
If you want to learn about how each medication works and may affect the birth process, this is also the class for you.

Sequoia Birth Collective is now enrolling for in person childbirth classes in Visalia. Sequoia Birth Co. strives to provide evidence base education to expecting parents. Sign up to learn comfort measures during labor and much more to increase your confidence for childbirth.

We are ecstatic to be providing childbirth classes in Visalia! This is open to everyone!! Families who are expecting in the May-July months are encouraged to join this cohort to immediately implement the tools you will learn. Families expecting in August and beyond are encouraged to join in and get a head start on tricks for staying comfortable, envisioning your birth and preparation for postpartum (among other tips!)
