heart, hands, and sound, to help this sacred mission grow.

My intention is to serve, to listen, and to help transmute the pain of this land and its people into light, awareness, and peace through sound and spirit.

This isn’t just history…
it’s humanity calling for healing. ❤️‍🩹

🌻 Closed Today for a Higher Purpose 🌻

Southwest Sound Healing will be closed today as I follow my heart and my purpose …to learn, listen, and hold space for those affected by cancer and by the history that still echoes through our community.

Today, I’ll be attending a free documentary screening at the Flickinger Center that sheds light on the impact of the Trinity Bomb and the lasting effects it’s had on the people of our region.

This event also provides vital information for families who may be eligible to file claims for the settlement fund set aside for those affected.

My passion for holistic healing is deeply rooted in helping those touched by cancer, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Through the The Ground Zero Sunflower Project,
We hope to offer solutions that bring renewal, awareness, and healing to the land and the people.

This is a day to stand up for what I believe in …healing on every level.

I started my morning early at 8 AM with my first client …
what a truly enjoyable and uplifting session!

I’m so full of gratitude today, especially for my new friend Kimmie Jordan who has been such a blessing in helping me complete my case studies for a Sound Healing diploma to become an Instructor!

Her energy is beautiful, and she’s been bringing in her friends, clients, and partners to experience healing and support my journey. 🥹

I just found out she also helps Diana Cano organize spiritual retreats and it looks like there’s another one coming in December! 😃

A Week of Alignment & Accomplishment 🌞

What an incredible week it’s been here at Southwest Sound Healing!
My heart is overflowing with gratitude for all that came together …
and for the powerful energy shared between Shannon and me as we moved through each day with purpose, passion, and flow.

From completing our diploma group sessions (halfway there 🎶🙌🏼)
to filling every seat with beautiful souls ready to receive healing frequencies …
this week was pure alignment in action!

Together we organized, created, and tuned every detail, from the space to the sessions, and even managed to prepare for what’s to come next.

The energy of the Temple of the Wind event carried into the days that followed, and I’m still floating from the love, support, and messages that came pouring in.

Each note, each bowl, each heartfelt “thank you” reminded me why this work matters so deeply.

To everyone who showed up, believed in us, and lent a hand …thank you!!!💗
To Shannon, your presence, talent, and AZ energy helped move mountains this week, and I am beyond grateful for all we accomplished together.

As this Sunday closes, I’m simply in awe of how sound continues to guide, connect, and lift us higher.

🌿✨ Happy Wednesday Wellness! ✨🌿

Did you know that Sound Healing works on a cellular level, helping to calm the nervous system, lower stress, and bring the body back into alignment?
That’s why we call it wellness through sound.

We’ve been busy balancing group sessions and single session requests, and I want to say thank you for the patience and understanding when I double-booked. 😩

I’m so grateful it worked out beautifully for tonight in a peaceful outdoor setting, special thanks to my dear friend Denise, the hostess with the mostest, for opening her home to our community. 💫

Yes, we are running a little late today (phone calls and paperwork for our first group haven’t stopped!), but we’ll be in later this afternoon!

It’s Tuesday, and we are thrilled to be hosting another group sound session today as part of our journey toward completing our diploma.

The gratitude we feel is beyond words …
every step is aligning us closer to our goals. 💫
