Closing Out the Year with Care | Southwest Sound Healing

As we move into the final days of the year, the energy is asking us to slow down, clear out, and tend to ourselves.

This is my last week of sessions before the holiday, as I’ll be traveling to be with family for Christmas, so availability is very limited.

Remaining sessions before I leave:
• Today: Afternoon appointments
• Tomorrow: 11:00 AM · 1:30 PM · 3:00 PM

I’m also now accepting bookings for December 29 & 30 for those who want to slip in a last-minute session at the $55 special before the month comes to a close.

I did attend the Mariachi Christmas last night, so I’m easing into the morning…
the phone has been hopping!!

A gentle reminder:
The $55 gift certificates are available through the end of December.

If it’s not for someone else, consider securing one for yourself, it’s a beautiful way to carry your care into the new year.

Looking ahead to 2026:
I will be opening up two membership spots beginning in 2026
(my $111 two-session foundational setup). Memberships support ongoing care, and red light therapy will be included in all memberships moving forward.

Before I head out on my holiday trip with family, I have two days left tomorrow and Thursday. If you’re hoping to get in, please reach out soon as spots are very limited.

I will be pausing bookings after this week and will resume sessions on December 29.

Today, I’m honoring a personal tradition that’s close to my heart.
For the fourth year in a row, I’m stepping into my elf role to help make sure children have gifts for Christmas.

As many of you know, we are in the middle of a big transition…moving into a new space, organizing, cleaning, setting intentions, and at the same time continuing the healing work we do together. 🤗
It’s been exciting, meaningful… and honestly a little chaotic

I want to acknowledge that during this transition, my scheduling hasn’t been as seamless as I expect of myself.
There have been a couple of mix ups, double bookings, and moments where I simply had the wrong day in my head.
If that affected you in any way, please know I sincerely apologize.
I hold myself to a higher standard, and I’m actively investing in a better scheduling system to support both you and me moving forward. 🥹

Thank you for your patience, your grace, and your continued trust.

The support I’ve felt during this season has been deeply appreciated and reminds me why this work matters so much.

Good morning Again, beautiful souls!
I wanted to share a quick update for today so everyone is in the loop. 💛
I am completely booked in the wellness studio today, and I’m incredibly grateful for the fullness, the flow, and the healing that’s happening in this space.
Because of that … and because our amazing Greg Gutierrez is out giving someone in need a ride to their doctor appointment in Las Cruces, the Retail space will be closed today.

With me fully focused in the wellness area, it’s just not possible to properly welcome guests into the store.
We will have someone soon to help.

I wanted to share my deepest gratitude goes out to everyone who has been asking about the remaining group sessions I need to complete for my instructor program.
Your support, encouragement, and alignment with my goals mean so much to me. Thank you for holding this vision with me. 💛

I was originally supposed to have everything completed this month, but because of a beautiful opportunity unfolding, I now need to extend my goal into February.
This gives me a little more time …and also means I’m still in need of just a few more groups to finish this important step in my journey.

Sooooo much fun at the parade tonight! 🎄✨

We lined up right on the curb with my blue chairs, front row on the highway… and this small town really does it up right.
Big hearts, big smiles, big spirit. ❤️

The kids absolutely loved it… the candy, the smiles, the “Merry Christmas!” greetings floating through the air. Pure joy everywhere.

Kids, adults, grandparents, everyone out having a good time together.

My heart is full.
So grateful for this sweet little place and the community that shows up with so much love. 💫
