Before Covid, I always had an office outside of my home. When I opened my practice back up, I decided to try doing it out of a room inside my house, and it's been great...but it's time to separate home and work again.

On October 18th I'll be moving to Wilsonville...but less than 10 minutes from my current location in Tualatin.

Recently I was diagnosed with MCAS.

Please don’t feel sorry for me! a diagnosis isn’t an excuse to just give up. It’s empowering! Now I have a better understanding of what’s going on. Using this understanding, I’m already working on figuring out the root cause, my triggers, and holistic ways to live fully in spite of it.

And, since it’s becoming more common, I know I’m not alone in this MCAS journey. So, of course, when I find something that helps me, you know I’m gonna share it! But, I promise this won’t become an MCAS focused page…because I’m not living an MCAS focused life 🩷
