At Empowered services we specialize in providing Direct Support to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our mission is to help our customers live fulfilling lives by connecting them with providers that can guide them in achieving their goals and aspirations. We understand that every individual is unique, which is why we take a very personalized approach to our services. The Empowered Services team is dedicated to matching our customers with the best possible provider to meet their specific needs and preferences. We take great pride in our ability to make and maintain meaningful connections between our customers and providers— helping them both thrive. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity and tools to promote a fulfilling life, and we are passionate about providing the support and resources necessary to make that happen. We are a team made up of caring and compassionate staff and providers that are committed to improving the lives of those we serve. Empowered Services is devoted to providing the highest quality of care. We work closely with customers, their families, providers, and other support networks to ensure our customers are receiving the best possible care. We believe in a collaborative approach, working closely with our customers and providers to develop customized plans to meet their unique needs and goals. 🌟 Meet Randi — Our Pillar of Empowerment 🌟

Randi is a shining example of love, strength, and dedication in our community. A proud mom of four and grandmother of two, she brings warmth to everyone around her. When she’s not spending time with family, you’ll find her treasure-hunting through thrift and antique shops, especially for vintage Corning kitchen pieces that give her 1978 home extra charm.

Randi’s journey in the I/DD community began when her daughter Kate was born with developmental delays. What started as an unexpected path has become one of her greatest blessings. Kate’s bright spirit, curiosity, and joy continue to inspire Randi every single day.

We are grateful to support Randi through Empowered Services as she cares for Kate at home with the help of dedicated caregivers who enrich Kate’s daily life. Her hope, gratitude, and unwavering love uplift all of us.
