I've had a home office for more than 2 decades and *may or may not* have had a similar sign when my kids were younger 🙃
For real though...if your kiddos are old enough, some moms find posting office hours is helpful. Or carving out spaces for kids and mom to have their own "work" space. Timers for school/work focus can be helpful too!
