15 years ago today, everything changed.

I woke up alone, at home. The sinking feeling in my stomach wasn't just a hangover. My husband was in jail, arrested for his 3rd DUI. I didn't know what was next........

If you told me on that morning that the life we have today was coming, I wouldn't have believed it. I just wouldn't have been able to see it then. That day was the beginning of a beautiful journey to a life I couldn't have imagined.

Even though it felt catastrophic that morning, it was the best thing to ever happen to us!

Morning Musings! I am contemplating the end of the Year of the Snake that is also a 9 year, which is all about closure. It is important in these last days of 2025 to reflect on what you are closing out and leaving behind. This is the end of cycles.

Next year is a 1 year. New beginnings, a new cycle. I want to make sure I close out anything not coming forward.

🌙✨ Sink into Stillness ✨🌙

Last night, I held a sound healing journey woven into a restorative yoga practice. And honestly… it was pure magic.

As the tones of my bowls, my spirit drum, and my crystal triangle moved through the room, I could feel the shift. The softening. The releasing. The unwinding of tightly held energy.

One participant told me she was leaving a different person than who walked in.

Another said her constantly buzzing mind went quiet—for the first time in what felt like forever.

There were colors.
There were emotions.
There was light.
Energy was definitely moving, chakras clearing and aligning.

💫 Sound healing isn’t just about what you hear—it’s about what you feel.

Your body responds to vibration.
Your energy realigns.
Old stories begin to dissolve.
And in their place… stillness.
