We’re grateful to be a recipient of the City of Tualatin’s Outside Agency Grant.

On Monday, our Executive Director, Jordan Skornik, was invited to the City Council Meeting to share how this support is helping expand access to care in our community.

Partnerships like this make it possible for more patients in our community to receive the compassionate, quality care they need.

Thank you to the City of Tualatin for investing in the health and well-being of our community.

As a Spanish interpreter, she helps ensure every person feels understood and cared for.

We’re grateful for the many ways she serves our community.

“My name is Mopsy, I’m a retired pediatric PA, and also speak Spanish. I volunteer as a Spanish interpreter. I love the mission of Borland Free Clinic—providing free and comprehensive health care for those who have no other access to it. It’s a joy to work with so many dedicated volunteers who are all using their gifts in different ways to serve our patients. I love being able to use the skills that God gave me to help support how BFC provides healing in so many spheres.”

As board members of Borland Free Clinic, they play an important role in guiding our mission and helping expand access to care in our community.

From supporting events like our recent pickleball tournament to investing their time behind the scenes, they play a vital role in making this work possible. Thank you for being such an integral part of this work.

❝Serving as board members, we’ve been deeply blessed to witness firsthand the impact the clinic has on the patients it serves. We often hear how grateful they are for the compassionate care they receive and for the sense of safety and professionalism they experience here. We are also grateful that patients have the opportunity to be prayed for during their visit, if they desire, as an added source of comfort and support. Supporting the clinic has been a meaningful way to steward the time and resources we’ve been given, and it has truly been a privilege to be part of this work.❞

This weekend we are hosting our first-ever Pickleball Classic! We would like to invite you to engage by participating in our raffle and online silent auction. Raffle ticket purchases and auction bidding can be done online here: https://auctria.events/BorlandClassic2025

Raffle prizes include pickleball paddles, balls, lessons, store gift and discount cards, and more. We will draw all prizes from the same bucket, so each raffle ticket that you purchase makes you eligible for every prize. Additionally, we have a small silent auction where we are auctioning off a pickleball retreat near Sisters, OR, a pickleball party at Rolling Hills Pickleball Club, and a pickleball lesson from Hall of Famer, Enrique Ruiz. Thank you to all of our generous donors!
