Alternating single leg bridge on BOSU with weighted straight-arm shoulder extension. Great exercise for the glutes & core. Also sneaks in a little coordination pattern trying as well.

Single leg bridge on the BOSU (alternating), with a resisted straight-armed shoulder extension. A great exercise to engage both the anterior/posterior chains. This worksby activating the glutes, hamstrings, lumbar paraspinals/multifidi posteriorly & the rectus/transverse abdominis', pectoralis muscles, lats, & hip flexors anteriorly.
