The F.I.T Beyond 5K Color Run is not just about crossing the finish line. It is about the joy of showing up together.

There will be color at every turn, music and laughter, and awards for top finishers at 9:30 AM. Packet pickup will be Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM or Saturday morning from 6 to 7:15 AM.

The 3rd Annual F.I.T. Beyond Color Fun Run & 5K is happening Saturday, August 30 at 7:30 AM in Tullahoma. Join us for a high-energy, family-friendly morning that supports F.I.T. Beyond Therapy and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital through Team P3.

We’re also collecting school supply donations for Stuff the Bus, helping students in our region start the year strong.

30 Days Out! Are You Registered Yet?

Join us for the 3rd Annual F.I.T. Beyond 5K Color Run on Saturday, August 30 in Tullahoma. This family-friendly fun run supports F.I.T. Beyond Therapy and the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital through Team P3 Tullahoma.

Start Time:
7:30 AM with awards at 9:30 AM

Location:
449 W Lincoln Street, Tullahoma
Parking available at F.I.T. Beyond Therapy

What to Expect:
This is a non-timed event with a rolling finish clock. Runners and walkers are welcome. Strollers and leashed pets are allowed. The course is paved and accessible, with one water station on the route.

Registration Includes:
Event t-shirt and bib if registered by July 27
Cost ranges from $32 to $38

Awards:
First, second, and third place for male and female finishers

Please note: the course may slightly adjust due to bridge construction

Support Students While You Run:
This event also serves as a Stuff the Bus drop-off location for school supplies. Stuff the Bus is an initiative of the United Way of South Central Tennessee, working directly with schools in seven counties to provide essential supplies to students who need them most. For the past 14 years, this effort has helped thousands of local children start the school year prepared and confident. Every donation helps strengthen early education and the long-term success of our communities.
