We offer diverse yoga classes tailored to help you build strength, flexibility, and inner peace, along with a community that fosters connection and growth. We create a welcoming and supportive space where you can explore yoga at your own pace, guided by experienced instructors who meet you wherever you are on your wellness journey. You can expect a transformative experience that reduces stress , improves overall wellbeing, and helps you live a more meaningful and healthy life. After a lot of patience and trust, Merkaba is officially moving forward and we’re excited to finally announce that we’re opening THIS MONTH!

Final decisions behind the scenes being made and tentatively planning our grand opening around February 20 or 21, and I’ll be sharing the official date very soon once the space is confirmed.

More updates are coming shortly, including the confirmed location, opening schedule, and what to expect as we step into this next chapter together.

Your breath is one of the few tools you always have access to — and one of the most powerful.

Slow, intentional breathing communicates safety to your nervous system.
 It lowers stress, improves focus, and helps your body shift out of survival mode.

You don’t need an hour.
 You don’t need a perfect space.
 You just need awareness.

Try this now:
 Inhale for 4.
 Exhale for 6.
 Repeat 5 times.

That’s practice too.

While we continue working behind the scenes to secure our physical studio space, Merkaba is still here — and so is the practice.

✨ Starting tomorrow, we’re offering a FREE weekly yoga class online exclusively for our members and anyone who has purchased class packs during this waiting period. Just breath, movement, and connection.

This is our way of staying rooted in community, honoring consistency over perfection, and reminding you that yoga isn’t defined by a room — it’s defined by presence.

So while some details are still unfolding behind the scenes, the heart of Merkaba remains the same — a space devoted to nervous system regulation, mindful movement, and coming back home to yourself.

You don’t need perfect conditions to begin again.
You just need a moment of awareness.
