We have changed our name from First Choice Health - Tullahoma to Southern Tennessee Primary Care - Tullahoma. In the coming days you will notice our social media, website, and signage will be updated to the new name. Our providers are still providing the same great care and specialize in:

-Management of chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD, etc.
