What's up star tribe, this coming weekend on Sunday, November 20th we will unify our collective effort to activate our frequency together in true synergy. I'm truly so excited for this weekend's online event, the energies are off the charts supporting us in our ability to co-create our higher vibrational reality.
It's time to align with source to create some epic magic.
If you are interested in participating in this weekend's event please prepare your physical and energetic bodies over the next few days leading up to the event. Be conscious and aware of the food you are consuming, No processed sugar, drink plenty of pure water, and get proper rest and rejuvenation. Consciously choose to be an open conduit who is relaxed and ready to receive the high-frequency energies that we will activate inside of our systems.
For the rest of the week practice Consciously breathing into your heart center. The moment you wake up until you go to sleep remain diligent in your approach to focus, to breathe with intention of feeling your heart. Shift your awareness into your heart and give it your attention, place your Consciousness in the core of your heart and feel.
Feel your heartbeat, with each breath feel the essence of source activate in the center of your heart, and feel a warm, calm sensation of love expand with each breath. Emanate this light which is the purest form of source energy out into every cell of your body until you are surrounded by pure universal source frequencies in your energy field. Maintain your focus to shift from being head-centered to heart-centered all day, this is a decision you will have to make many times during your day.
Be ready to give it your 110% maximum effort, your intention is powerful! The more attention you give to this process and the more intentional you are about it, the higher your frequency will be as you offer it.
Beautify your space with candles, aromas, music, incense whatever your heart desires. Get creative and bring balance to your sanctuary so you can fully relax the mind to enter and engage with energies in an open receptive state.
In the divine feminine state of Consciousness, we allow higher frequency energies to come through our energy centers with total acceptance, free from resistance and denial, to activate the energies that are already inside of us.
Prepare your space so you are cozy, the key is to be loose, nice, and relaxed so you can balance your mind to shift into your heart. You can sit or lie down whatever you prefer. You know what's best for you to be comfortable, sometimes we feel the urge to stand up and stretch to move the energy. You are in the driver's seat to completely customize your own experience.

These events can be extremely powerful activations for any human being who can completely relax and surrender to the experience within their field. The processing of energies allows us to tap into the frequencies that need to be felt in order to be shifted, accepted, embraced, released, and completely integrated into our 5th dimensional systems.
Miracles happen when we are centered in our hearts to accept all aspects of who we are as source, including everything negative and unwanted, and to see it as a part of us with a tender loving embrace. We access more of who we are every time we accept these aspects that we previously resisted, allowing a greater flow of our life force energy.
You can be this light-bodied version of yourself whenever you choose, as you focus and breathe to expand that light that will always be replenished at the center of your heart, you bring yourself into a 5th-dimensional frequency and you become your 5D light-bodied higher self.
