Play therapists know that healing isn’t always quiet and serious—sometimes it looks like laughter, play, and popsicles!

At Family Hope House, we believe in the power of fun. That’s why during the week of August 11–15, we’re turning therapy into a celebration with our End of Summer Party!

Our staff will be dressed for fun, and sessions may include water balloons, sidewalk chalk, bubbles, and more. It’s all part of helping kids build connection, confidence, and joy as summer winds down.

We’re excited to announce the launch of a new Training for Adoption Competency (TAC) cohort this fall! This 11-session virtual training, led by our team of certified TAC trainers, will take place between September and May.

The cohort offers practical strategies, peer support, and guided tools to deepen trauma-informed practice and strengthen adoption-competent clinical care.

Thanks to a special funding opportunity, we are offering multiple scholarships for mental health professionals—each valued at $1,800.
