Job Opening: Live-In House Manager
1st Step Male Diversion Program – Residential Facility
Location: Tulsa, OK | Live-In
1st Step is a court-approved diversion program serving justice-involved men ages 18–30. Our residential house provides structured supervision, accountability, and habilitative support as an alternative to incarceration.
Position Overview
The Live-In House Manager resides on-site and is responsible for the continuous supervision, safety, and orderly operation of the 1st Step residential house. This role ensures participant compliance with program rules and court conditions while maintaining a stable, structured environment that supports successful diversion.
The House Manager serves as the primary on-site authority and is essential to maintaining program integrity and court confidence.
Core Responsibilities
• Provide on-site supervision during evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Enforce house rules, curfews, schedules, and accountability protocols.
• Monitor participants conduct and address behavioral issues promptly.
• De-escalate conflicts and maintain order within the residence.
• Document incidents, violations, and compliance concerns accurately.
• Communicate regularly with program leadership regarding participant status.
• Support participant intakes, transitions, and discharges.
Qualifications
• Experience in residential supervision, corrections, probation, recovery housing, or court diversion programs.
• Strong authority presence with sound judgment and consistency
• Ability to enforce rules calmly, professionally, and without escalation.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to live on-site as a condition of employment.

A Huge Congratulations to an Incredible Young Man!

Today we want to shine a spotlight on someone who has inspired all of us with his determination, discipline, and heart. This young man set a huge goal for himself — to run and complete the Route 66 Marathon — and he did it.

Not only did he cross that finish line, but he showed what is possible when you push through doubt, stay consistent, and believe in your own potential.
