Found a picture of me and a close friend from 20 years ago…and realized that now over 30 years of weight training it feels great and yes we lose muscle but we can still maintain especially if we keep trying!

Paradisio in Punta Cana was fabulous and looking forward to next years trip to Cabo! This pretty lady my dear friend mentored me the past 33 years as I built my business and now she at 85 is still enjoying the perks of her 50 year business. What I’ve loved is that our business continues to grow despite the economy and we get to age in reverse!
