I’ve been doing this job for over five years, and most of the changes in this industry haven’t shaken me too much… until now. In November they rolled out a new system and website, and it has been nothing but problems. It’s been awful for me, for businesses, and for patients just trying to get their medicine.

What hurts the most is that helping people has always been my whole goal. And now I’m having to say “I don’t know” or “I’m sorry” or “I can’t help right now,” and it kills me. This is my full-time job, my livelihood, my reputation — and it feels like I’m taking the blame for something completely out of my control.

I’m following the new rules the way we’re supposed to. Others aren’t. And somehow I’m the one who feels like I’m losing credibility.

Just know I care, I’m trying, and none of this is happening because of anything I did wrong. Thank you to everyone who’s been patient and understanding. ❤️
