Hello Amazing Mamas!!

We are so excited to see you at our next Mama Herd Postpartum and
Breastfeeding Support group!! We would love to have you and your
infants up to 9 months (Unfortunately, this is for infants only and no
older siblings or toddlers).

Our next meeting will be this Wednesday, March 25th, from 10am-12pm at
Breathe Birth and Wellness, located at 4755 E. 91st St., Suite A in
Tulsa. We will offer weighted feedings if desired. This group is FREE but we
do ask that you please register with the link below to reserve your
spot.

We will have a special guest, Kirsty Ray from Tulsa Family Doulas and we would love you to bring some Christmas cookies to share! You can bake them or buy them, we don't care!

We LOVE and appreciate your donations!! 🩷🎉🙏🏻

We are in need! If you have a little extra in your stash or your freezer is overflowing, we could use some donor milk! You can bring it by the office M-F 9:00am-5:00pm. It needs to be frozen and dated. Bonus points if you put it in ziplock bags (but not required). Thank you!!!!!

She will be discussing all kinds of feeding challenges, introducing solids and how to know when your baby is ready!
