Doctor Else

Doctor Else Matthew Else, D.O., practices family medicine. He received a Master of Business Administration degree from Oklahoma State University in 2016.

His interest in medicine stemmed from a personal experience as a child. “I was involved in a traumatic accident at a young age that led me to rely on a team of doctors to get me back to my normal life,” he says. “This incident inspired me to pursue a career the medical field.”

Dr. Else enjoys creating lasting relationships. “By establishing long-term associations with my patients and their families, I am able to provide the best medical services possible,” he says. “A trusting physician-patient relationship leads to better outcomes.”

Dr. Else advises people to stay active and eat well in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle. “It’s important to get at least 30 minutes of physical activity a day,” he says. “This can often seem like a daunting task so I sit down with people and discuss what activities would be feasible for them and how they can ease into a regular routine.”

As the new year begins, I find myself reflecting on the incredible journey I’ve had as your doctor. You’ve trusted me with your stories, your health, and your hopes—and for that, I am profoundly grateful. Each of you has taught me so much, and saying goodbye to my current practice is bittersweet.

But this isn’t goodbye—it’s a new beginning. This year, I’m embracing a new way of practicing medicine called Direct Primary Care (DPC). It’s a model that lets me care for patients the way I’ve always dreamed: with time to truly listen, without the barriers of insurance, and with a focus on building meaningful relationships.

This change is about creating a space where patients feel prioritized and valued every step of the way. It’s about bringing humanity back into healthcare.

To my patients: thank you for shaping me into the physician I am today. You’ve been my inspiration, and I hope you’ll continue this journey with me in this new chapter.

Here’s to a future where healthcare is simpler, deeper, and truly personal.

I'll continue sharing updates on my practice in the near future. In the meantime, please don't hesitate to reach out to me! More information is also available at www.craftconcierge.com

🌱💪 Transform Your Health with the DASH Diet! 💪🌱

Are you looking for a heart-healthy eating plan that's not only effective but also sustainable and delicious? Meet the DASH diet – your new best friend in managing blood pressure and improving overall health! 🌟

The Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension (DASH) diet isn't just a fad; it's a research-backed, doctor-recommended way to reduce hypertension and lower your risk of heart disease. 🥦🍅🍊

Here's what you need to know about the DASH diet:

Rich in Fruits, Vegetables, and Whole Grains: The DASH diet emphasizes foods that are high in fiber, vitamins, and minerals, which are key to lowering blood pressure.

Low in Sodium: By cutting back on salt, you can significantly reduce blood pressure levels. The DASH diet recommends 2,300mg a day, moving towards an ideal limit of 1,500mg per day for most adults.

Includes Lean Proteins: Opt for fish, poultry, and legumes for your protein sources, and enjoy them in moderation.

Limits Saturated Fats and Sugars: Say goodbye to high-fat dairy products, sugary beverages, and sweets. The DASH diet focuses on heart-healthy fats found in nuts, seeds, and vegetable oils.

Customizable: Whether you're a vegetarian, have food allergies, or prefer organic foods, the DASH diet is flexible enough to meet your needs and preferences.

👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️ Why Try the DASH Diet?

Lower blood pressure
Improve heart health
Support weight loss
Enhance overall well-being

Ready to give it a try? Start with small changes, like adding one vegetable to every meal or switching to whole-grain bread. Your heart (and taste buds) will thank you! ❤️
