One of my first personal training clients Alan Zimmermann used to say (and I'm paraphrasing) "sometimes you just have to acknowledge what the mistake cost you and pay it. It's the cost of the lesson."

How was your weekend? Did you get to do an activity you love?
I played a ton of and it was a blast. One of the main things that happens to s players and other sports is that our calves get tight and our feet grip when our shoes aren’t perfect. (And let’s be honest, I’ve yet to find a perfect shoe 👟) .

After yesterdays activity my back said… time for correctives!!
