Dr Carter is actively committed to meeting and exceeding her professional standards. She is an active member of many professional organisations including the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, the Oklahoma Dental Association and the Tulsa County Dental Society.

Dr Carter gives back to the community through her work with Catholic Charities, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and the Infant Emergency Service Centre.

Emily lives in Tulsa with her husband, Noah, and they have four children, Liv, Rowan, Finn, and Lael, and their dog, Yoyo.Dr Carter enjoys spending time with family and friends. She enjoys the outdoors, reading, horseback riding, and supporting local charities, schools, and businesses.

Meet Dr Emily Carter
Dr Emily Carter
Dr Carter attended Bishop Kelley High School in Tulsa, where she met her husband, Noah, and went on to graduate with honours from the University of Kansas with a degree in Human Biology.

After college, Dr Carter attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry. She graduated cm laude with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She also received the Public Health Award for her efforts to improve care for poor and underserved populations. She was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the dental honour society, which is limited to the top 5% of the graduating dental class.

Upon completion of her dental training, she was accepted into a residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, where she earned a Master of Science in Dentistry and a certificate in Orthodontics.
