Your SALT schedule just got a little glow-up—and we can’t wait for you to feel it.
We made a few updates to give you even more of what you love, plus one fresh face joining the lineup. Here’s what’s new:
✨ What’s New:�
• Welcome, Jeana! Teaching Strengthen + Sweat Mondays at 8:15am�
• Kody is now teaching Strengthen + Sweat Tuesdays & Wednesdays at 7pm�
• Saturdays now feature Strengthen + Sculpt with Ashlee B., giving you four Sculpt classes each week�
• Sundays at 10:30am have shifted to Strengthen + Sweat with Ana, our signature class�
