I don’t care how awesome your hospice is, how great your nurses are, or how well polished your business process is. You will eventually serve a patient who is impossible to please. Whether it’s the patient’s son, husband, granddaughter, or the patient themselves, you will have an upset patient on your hands. It’s simply a matter of time.
