Could you save a life in 5 minutes?

Life-threatening bleeding can kill in just minutes—often before help arrives. Knowing how to empowers you to make a difference.

Remember these 3 simple actions:
1. Apply Direct Pressure: Use a clean cloth or your hands to press directly on the wound.
2. Pack the Wound: If the wound is deep, pack it tightly with gauze or clothing.
3. Use a Tourniquet: For severe bleeding on arms or legs, apply a tourniquet above the injury.
