The Parke Is Making Headlines!

We are absolutely thrilled to share some fantastic news! The Parke was recently featured on the local news after donating one of our buses to the incredible organization, BeHeard!

This donation is more than just a vehicle; it's a commitment to supporting BeHeard's vital mission in our community. The bus will be instrumental in helping them transport the homeless to get showers, do laundry, and, soon, to take a tour of Christmas lights, expanding their reach and impact where it's needed most.

It was an honor to see the spotlight shine on BeHeard and their tireless efforts. We are proud to partner with an organization that is making such a difference, offering support, dignity, and a voice to those who need it.

The Parke Assisted Living Facility donated a bus to the BeHeard Movement.

We had an absolutely magical visit today from Santa and Mrs. Claus, and the joy they brought was simply infectious!

A massive thank you to Jerritt of A Path of Care for making this incredible visit possible. We are so grateful for your thoughtfulness in bringing the spirit of Christmas right to our door!

Our residents had a truly great time! There were lots of smiles as everyone shared stories, took photos, and felt the warmth of the holiday season.

🌟 Holiday Cheer Fills The Parke Activity Room!
The sounds of Christmas music and laughter filled the air today as residents gathered for a favorite seasonal tradition: decorating the Activity Room Christmas tree!

Everyone had a wonderful time carefully placing ornaments, stringing lights, and adding tinsel to create a truly beautiful centerpiece for the room. It was a fantastic opportunity for fellowship and fun, and to drink some hot cocoa. The finished tree is a testament to the festive spirit of our community.

A massive thank you to the incredibly talented Hyde Park 5, who absolutely brought the house down with their performance for our residents today!
They were amazing, and the sound coming from our new piano was simply fantastic. If you were there, you know exactly what we mean! We can't wait to have them back!

We want to extend a huge thank you to Lori Fullbright from News On 6 for visiting our community and sharing her incredibly important presentation on "Scams, Cons, and Frauds."

Lori's expertise as one of Green Country's most trusted crime reporters was on full display. She provided our residents and staff with invaluable, practical information on how to spot the latest tricks scammers are using by phone, email, text, and mail.

Her engaging talk, filled with real-life examples, has empowered all of us to be more vigilant and protect ourselves and our loved ones. We are so grateful for the time she took to share her knowledge and help keep our community safe.

Happy Veterans Day!

Today, our hearts are full as we honor the brave men and women who have served our country.

We are incredibly fortunate and proud to have many of these heroes as part of our own community. To our residents and staff members who are veterans: Thank you. Your courage, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment to our country are an inspiration to us all. We honor your service and the legacy you have built.

We also wish to extend a special and heartfelt thank you to Justin, Weston, and Phil from Livewell Hospice. They conducted a truly wonderful and moving ceremony for our community today, helping us pay tribute to our veterans in a meaningful and memorable way. We are so grateful for your partnership and support.

🦃 A Thanksgiving Turkey Made a Special Visit!

What a wonderful surprise we had today! A huge thank you to Melissa and Madi of Safe Homecare for bringing the festive spirit and a hilarious, giant Thanksgiving turkey to visit our community!

The sight of the turkey wandering around brought so many smiles and laughs. It was a truly fun and memorable moment that helped kick off the holiday season in the best way possible! 🎉

"The Many Faces of Dr. Ken! 🎃️👻 Our very own resident, Dr. Ken showed off his impressive costume-changing skills this Halloween! 😱 💥 And the best part? He had an absolute blast doing it! 😄 Fun was clearly had by all! He rocked every look! 💥

"Happy Halloween from The Parke! 🎃️👻 We were thrilled to see so many smiling faces and superheroes in our community on Friday night! A huge thank you to our amazing residents who handed out treats to the kids and made this evening so special. We loved seeing everyone having a spook-tacular time!

From ghosts to goblins, princesses to pirates, every costume was a hit! We hope the little monsters had a howling good time collecting treats and making memories with friends and neighbors.

🎃 Our Staff Got Spooky in our Annual Pumpkin Decorating Contest🎃

A massive shout-out to our incredible staff! The creativity was truly off the charts at our Annual Staff Pumpkin Decorating Contest this year. Everyone brought their A-game, and we were absolutely amazed by the artistic talent and spooky spirit on display. It was a tough competition for the residents to judge.
