Cold and Flu season are upon us! I gotcha covered! I have several tinctures and tea blends made just with this season in mind. They work just as good as over the counter medicines without the harmful additives. Those additives, used over a lifetime have caused damage. I am amazed at the issues I figured was just age that have lessened or gone away since i got away from OTC drugs. I also have a chest rub. I'm tellin ya, got congestion? Get the Mullein, aches and pains? Get the Wild Lettuce or White Willow Bark. Fever? Get the FeverFew. The Chaga tincture supports it all, immune system, chock full of vitamins and minerals. It's also anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant. Good stuff y'all!!

Hi everyone! Things are ramping up around here! It's quite exciting. I've been busy at it this morning. I harvested Mimosa bark. Also called the Happiness tree. Major mood lifter, helps with insomnia, anxiety and depression. It will be ready in about 8 weeks. Smack in the middle of winter when we are feeling the doldrums of winter and dreaming of warmth and sunshine! Good timing I think!!

Been busy in the kitchen today! Felt good! Made some Magnesium spray, some drawing salve and a Vicks salve dupe. Not one ingredient touched metal. Metal can change the make up of the herbs and oils. Going to try to finish listing products in my shop tomorrow. Still gotta figure out why this FB page won't sync to my site. I'm not great at that part (yet), I just wanna make medicine!!

Just a little history on how I got started with all this herbal stuff. Some of you know I have gone through a really tough couple of years. Heavy stress and anxiety that turned to some physical issues. I went to my Doctor. Got nowhere. Changed Doctors, got more of the same. I was getting no help. I had even been to the ER a couple times, still couldn't get the help I needed. I was pretty much desperate and ready to try anything. So I started researching. I have had my head in the books ever since. A lot of my tea blends are stress and anxiety related. I mean, let's face it, everyone has stress and anxiety these days. Through trial and error, I created some herbal tea blends that worked for me. What a relief. Now, if you have never had herbal tea, you need to know, it tastes nothing like regular tea! It's deep and earthy. At first, I wasn't sure about it. But after experiencing the positive effects after that first cup, it became the best tasting tea I'd ever had. These blends have gotten me through some really scary stuff.
I started having some Blood pressure issues. Some of the tea blends are calming and also include heart healthy herbs. My shop site has all the info on each blend.

Mullein is an expectorant which means it helps the body expel excess mucus. It is also a demulcent. Studies show that demulcents create a soothing anti-inflammatory coating over the mucous membranes.

Mullein is a star for lung health and cleansing. It can be taken as a tincture or tea.
