We are conveniently located just 4 blocks north of I-44 on the east side of Harvard. Dr. Christina Graddy is excited to offer Chiropractic care for the WHOLE family. Dr. Graddy graduated from Parker University in 2007 with a Doctorate in Chiropractic. Since graduating in 2007, Dr. Graddy had practiced in Skiatook and Claremore for several years before she moved to Tulsa in 2016, where she was able to co-treat patients with fellow doctors to aide in her training and skills. Dr. Graddy is always eager to continue learning new treatments to help with the care and treatment of her patients. Dr. Graddy is married to Bill for 18 years, they currently have no children, but they do have a fur baby named Duke who is a rambunctious eight-month-old Australian Shepherd. In her spare time, Dr. Graddy and Bill enjoy traveling and spending time with family at the lake

We’re passionate about helping families live healthier, more balanced lives—and we’re seeking someone who shares that same enthusiasm for wellness and outstanding patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, creating a friendly and comfortable environment.

Assist the doctor with patient flow, therapies, and daily clinical tasks.

Schedule appointments, manage patient files, and handle phone calls efficiently.

Educate patients on office procedures, exercises, and wellness recommendations.

Maintain a clean, organized, and positive atmosphere throughout the office.

Support marketing and community outreach activities as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

People-oriented with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Self-driven, reliable, and takes initiative without needing constant supervision.

Able to multitask gracefully and stay organized under pressure.

Professional, upbeat, and enjoys being part of a team that changes lives.

Prior experience in a healthcare or chiropractic setting is a plus, but not required—training provided for the right fit!

Schedule:
Full-time 35-40 hrs per week

Compensation:
Competitive pay based on experience, with opportunities for growth and bonuses.
