Do No Harm Therapeutic Group, LLC: Fostering Healing
The Do No Harm Therapeutic Group, LLC is the outcome of a dream we have had for several years. We noticed a need in the Tulsa metro area for comprehensive and client centered therapy services where the therapist was part of a team and not merely the clinical expert. Combining over 20 years of experience, we are excited to bring forth a group practice that is uniquely focused in helping children, adolescents, and their families navigate life together. We have experience in supporting children and adolescents struggling with adjustments in life and find healing from adverse childhood experiences and major mood disruptions. In true do no harm fashion, we are the supportive guide that pulls no punches (Do No Harm, and take no _____).
And this is our calling, and where we find our meaning behind our name and symbol - to provide therapeutic intervention into the lives of those who are seeking assistance and commit ourselves to the basic principle of all health care professionals - to first, do no harm, meaning that when considering any manner that we might support someone in their healing we will hold their true well-being as the most important part of our consideration, and we will be the voice you need to hear to achieve those goals.
Our logo is symbolic of the succulent plant - a symbol of strength, reminding us to look up towards growth and healing, and also the triangle - a subtle reference not only the three practitioners forming the partnership making their dream a reality but also a nod do the fundamental therapeutic belief found that there is an intrinsic correlation and connection between an individual's feelings, thoughts, and subsequent choices. The succulent represents resilience and strength, the characteristics we hope to enhance in our clients and their families through the healing process.
We are so excited to embark on this journey. We encourage you to contact us if you feel as though we could be of help to you and your family in aligning with you to foster healing.
