Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals through therapeutic massage techniques. You will be responsible for providing high-quality massage services while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all clients.

Duties

Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and preferences.
Perform various types of massage techniques, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management strategies.
Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to tailor treatments that address specific client concerns.
Provide exceptional customer service by creating a relaxing atmosphere and addressing any client inquiries or concerns.
Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in the treatment area to ensure a safe environment for clients.
Requirements

Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist.
Strong understanding of patient assessment techniques and pain management practices.
Proficiency in various massage modalities, including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and relaxation techniques.
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Previous experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not required.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends.
