Grace Hospice has been providing superior end-of-life care to Green Country for 25 years. Compassionate, quality service has been our mission since 2000.

At Grace Hospice, we are more than an organization of hospice professionals, we are proud members of communities across northeast Oklahoma. Each patient and family we are privileged to serve is unique. Our ongoing mission is to design a specific plan to help you or your loved one live as fully and comfortably as possible in the final stages of life, in the comfort of your own home or place of residence. Under the direct supervision of your physician, our highly skilled hospice professionals deliver quality, compassionate care. We also include family in the process, offering valuable information, guidance and, most of all, support.

Last week, we had the honor of gathering with families, friends, and our hospice team to remember and celebrate those we’ve lost.

We shared a meal from the grill, played yard games, and released butterflies into the sky—each one a quiet symbol of love, memory, and hope. There was laughter, there were tears, and there was a deep sense of togetherness as we reflected on the lives that touched ours so deeply.

To everyone who joined us: thank you for showing up, for sharing your stories, and for allowing us to walk alongside you in your journey.
Moments like these remind us that healing doesn’t happen alone—it happens in community, with compassion and care. ❤️🦋

This week, we celebrated Volunteer Appreciation Month with a special trip to the beautiful Philbrook Museum of Art—a heartfelt THANK YOU to the incredible volunteers who give their time, energy, and compassion to our hospice.

Volunteers are truly the heart of hospice care. Whether they’re sitting beside a patient, offering a listening ear to a family member, or lending a hand behind the scenes, their presence brings comfort, dignity, and human connection during some of life’s most meaningful moments.
