Meet Sully! This handsome Golden Retriever was diagnosed with oral melanoma after his owner noticed a lump on his lip. Sully received 4 doses of immunotherapy, a vaccine to teach his body to kill melanoma cells. The vaccine is very well tolerated with virtually no side effects in most cases. After these four doses he will get a booster vaccine every six months as long as he remains free of disease. Congratulations on graduation Sully!

We are pleased to introduce you to Chester! Chester had a type of bone tumor called osteosarcoma in his back leg that required amputation. Bone tumors also require chemotherapy and the timing for the first treatment after amputation is very specific, so we always appreciate when our referring veterinarians can coordinate surgery with our schedule to make sure we can see them right on time. Chester is getting around well on 3 legs, and he did fantastic for his treatments. Go Chester!

The mass was removed and diagnosed as an a**l gland adenocarcinoma so Tommy was started on chemotherapy. He had a few treatment delays due to low white blood cell counts, but otherwise he did really well. He was very excited to pick a squeaky toy for graduation!
