Autumn means cooler weather, back-to-school stress and an uptick in illness, so it's more important to stay on top of your health. Did you know that you can see your doctor without leaving the comfort of your home? No matter where you are, we have providers who can see you using our MyChart app on your phone, tablet or computer through an on-demand video visit. They are similar to an urgent care visit, only virtual.

On-demand video visits are available for anyone aged 2 and older. Wherever you are, you can see a Utica Park Clinic provider within about 30 minutes. Please know, wait times may vary depending on volume. Check the comments for a link to start an on-demand video visit.

Our teams of employees from across Hillcrest had a great time volunteering during Day of Caring, supporting some of the Tulsa Area United Way’s partner agencies and local Tulsa organizations! Here's a look at what we did:
• Gardened and painted at the Lewiston Apartments with the Mental Health Association Oklahoma
• Helped move items at the Catholic Charities of Eastern Oklahoma’s Boutique for Babies
• Did yardwork at ClarehouseTulsa
• Cleaned up the greenhouse at A New Leaf, Inc.
• Wrote appreciation notes for educators at CAP Tulsa

We are so proud to work with organizations that care as deeply for patients as we do. Recently, employees Jennifer R., Brian and Jennifer F. presented commemorative EMS Service Award coins to Brad Satterfield and Clint Hoffman of the Coweta Fire Department for their excellent response time and quick thinking during an emergency.

These men performed a field electrocardiogram and immediately transmitted it to the hospital, allowing our cardiac catheterization lab to be ready for the patient as soon as they arrived. This "pre-hospital activation" cuts down on potential delays and allows patients to bypass the emergency room and go straight to the cardiac catheterization lab, saving time and lives.

Today, we remember and honor the lives lost and the heroes who responded on 9/11. Their legacy lives on.
