🌿 Living Well, Eating Well, Enjoying Life! 🌿Last night, Lisa and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Rise Soufflé in Utica Square — what a lovely, delicious restaurant right here in Tulsa! From the moment we sat down, the atmosphere felt warm, elegant, and inviting.

We started with a small cheese plate and a wine tasting, followed by their French onion soup — rich, comforting, and absolutely perfect. We shared a fresh, crisp salad and were so tempted by their famous entrée soufflés (hard to pass those up!). But we saved room for the grand finale — a Bananas Foster soufflé that was out of this world. 🍌🔥

Nights like this remind me that living well means more than just staying active and eating healthy — it’s also about slowing down, enjoying great food, and creating moments with the people you love.

If you haven’t been to Rise Soufflé, treat yourself. You’ll leave smiling, satisfied, and inspired to savor life a little more. 😊

After more than 30 years in practice, I can honestly say that chiropractic care is not just what I do — it’s who I am. Every day, I get to help people move better, feel better, and live fuller lives. Watching someone walk into my office in pain and leave with hope — that’s what keeps me inspired.

The Power of the Adjustment

There’s nothing quite like a precise chiropractic adjustment. It’s not random movement or “cracking bones” — it’s a science and an art. The adjustment restores motion, releases tension, and allows the body’s innate intelligence to flow freely again. When joints are aligned, the nervous system functions better — and the body heals naturally from the inside out. That moment when pressure lifts off a nerve and a patient takes their first deep, pain-free breath — that’s magic.

What an incredible Colorado getaway with my wife Lisa and our daughter Ally! ❤️On Thursday night, we headed to Downtown Denver to the historic Paramount Theatre — a stunning 1930 Art Deco gem — to see the one-and-only Ludovico Einaudi, the world-renowned pianist and composer known for his modern classical and ambient piano masterpieces. 🎹✨ His music filled the theater and created an unforgettable, almost cinematic experience.

Then on Friday, we traded the city lights for the mountains — exploring Vail and Avon for some hiking, shopping, and a little rest and relaxation in that crisp mountain air. 🏔️🛍️☀️
