💇‍♀️❤️Calling Hair Stylists with a Big Heart❤️💇‍♂️

We’re looking for compassionate volunteer hair stylists to help hospice patients feel comfortable, dignified, and cared for by providing simple haircuts in their homes.

For many hospice patients, getting out to a salon just isn’t possible. A haircut may seem small, but it can bring comfort, confidence, and a powerful sense of normalcy during a tender time.

✨ Flexible scheduling
✨ Haircuts only (no coloring or advanced services)
✨ You choose when and how often you volunteer
✨ Training and support provided

If you’re licensed (or recently retired), kind-hearted, and want to use your skills to truly make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.

Message our Volunteer & Education Coordinator Christie at cgibbs@hospiceofgreencountry.org or call her at (918) 747-2273 to learn more and to get involved.

Please share to help us reach the right people — thank you! ❤️

Meet Bella. Her loved one can no longer care for her due to terminal illness, and Bella needs a loving home to live out the rest of her days. 🐾

She is a nine-year-old Great Pyrenees. She has been spayed, and she is good with people, kids, and other pets. She is up to date on all her vaccines. She does occasionally like to jump up and see what is on the counter to snack on, but she is potty trained as an indoor dog who also loves to go outside and make sure everything in her yard is as it should be. She is gentle and is not a barker.

Thank you for your support of our Pet Peace of Mind program!

If you or someone you know is interested in adopting her, please reach out to Autumn at (918) 747-2273 or akramer@hospiceofgreencountry.org.

We couldn’t be more grateful for our fantastic group of Williams volunteers for Tulsa Area United Way Day of Caring! They planted beautiful garden beds (including hunting down our flowers of choice!), stained a super tall and long fence, built 100 patient handbooks, and packed over 700 hospice information kits! We are fortunate to have such an outpouring of support from our community, and to benefit from the hard day’s work these volunteers dedicated to support our mission. 🩵💚
