In honor of National Eating Disorders Awareness Week (Feb 23 – Mar 1, 2026) 💛
We want to take a moment to honor everyone impacted by eating disorders. This includes those currently struggling, those in recovery, those partially in recovery, caregivers, family members, and the professionals who show up every day to support healing.
Wherever you are in your journey, we are grateful for you. Your courage matters. Your story matters. And you deserve compassion, dignity, and care.
At Golden Hour Center for Eating Disorders & Sunshine Community Services of Tulsa, we believe in a trauma-informed, body-positive, and inclusive approach to healing. We honor the principles of Health at Every Size® and the truth that nourishment is not something you have to earn.
✨ All foods fit.
✨ All bodies belong.
✨ Recovery is not linear.
✨ You are worthy at every stage of healing.
We also recognize that eating disorders are deeply connected to trauma, chronic illness, food insecurity, and social determinants of health. Our mission is to expand access to safe, affirming care for underserved communities and to create spaces where healing can happen without shame.
This week and every week, we are holding hope for you. 🌞
