A family owned and operated, faith based non-profit, serving this community for more than 26 years. We wish to bring exceptional hospice care to all those in need, regardless of religion, race, creed, or ability to pay. We have a commitment to provide care with dignity while administering physical comfort, compassion, and spiritual support to both patient and family during this season of life.

Many people don’t realize how transparent and impactful their donation truly is. You can even choose how your gift is used:
1️⃣ General Budget - supports non-Medicare funded patients and those whose insurance does not fully cover hospice care.
2️⃣ Seminary Fund - helps support scholarships and bereavement programs.
3️⃣ Hospice Education Fund - provides books, videos, and educational materials for staff, volunteers, and community outreach.

These lesser-known facts matter because they show that your generosity creates real comfort, real dignity, and real peace for families in our community.

Both hospice and palliative care are designed to help manage symptoms and improve comfort for patients with serious illnesses.
The key difference is timing.

Palliative care can begin at any stage of illness and may be provided alongside curative treatments while Hospice care is reserved for patients who are in the last six months of life and are no longer seeking curative treatment. The focus shifts fully to comfort, dignity, peace, and quality of life.

Understanding the difference can help families make confident, informed decisions during difficult seasons.

💚Social Workers: Uplift. Defend. Transform.💚 March is national Social Work Month. Did you know it was first celebrated in March of 1963 to build public support for the profession? We could not function in hospice without them. Today at our monthly staff meeting we celebrated Seasons' amazing social workers Kaitlin, Marci, and Tito. We also have two other bonus social workers, our Executive Director Renee and Hospice Specialist Syrinda. Thank you so much for what you do!
